As we head into a more technologically advanced business world, staff are being given more and more equipment to complete their jobs, whether it be staff in the office, salespeople on the road or staff working from home. These tools are essential, costly and can be a liability if not correctly tracked.

Mobile phones, PDAs and laptops make the cost of supplying equipment to staff enormous and it is important that when the staff member moves on, they hand back everything they were given to do their job.

By photographing, documenting and registering the items that each staff member is given when they are first employed, when that staff member resigns, a quick search of the My Photo Inventory site will identify all company property the employee was issued and the condition the items were in.
